Tracey A Dixon BSc (hons) BTP MRTPI
Tracey Dixon holds a Batchelor of Science degree in Geography from Kingston University and completed a post-graduate Batchelor of Town Planning at Southbank in 1989.
She has been a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 1990 and now has over 30 years of experience in the Planning process.
Tracey’s career started in Local Government where she gained an excellent foundation in all aspects of planning policy and development practice, as well as management and leadership skills following an early promotion to Area Team Leader. She left Local Government in 1998 to join a private Planning & Surveying Practice, gaining invaluable commercial expertise, working for an expansive client base on a multiplicity of planning projects.
Establishing TaD Planning Ltd in 2010 was a natural career progression. Tracey provides honest, clear and sound planning advice. She offers a pragmatic, pro-active and creative approach to resolving planning irregularities, gaining planning consent and maximising the development potential of any site.
